My client, a multinational organization, is looking for a PMO Analyst with strong Planning experience to work on an IT Services Transformation Programme in EMEA. My client requires a PMO for Turkey, Poland and Romania. The Programme is aiming to transform IT services in the region in the area of Managed services (eg. print, telephony, managed workplace, application support).The PMO/Planning role will be responsible to run the Project Management Office supporting the programme. For this role, you will be required to deliver Project Office services for the Programme, provide planning services for the Programme and support delivery assurance and compliance.

The resource we are looking for is a hands-on PMO. The candidate will not have direct reports and has to carry out tasks him/herself ie planning to reporting, setting up workshops, creating Programme Board presentations, writing meeting minutes, admin work etc.

It is essential that you have experience within in major multinational organisations and have worked in complex environments.

It is essential that you have experience working as a PMO including the management and tracking of High Light Reports, Project Plans, Dashboards, Minutes, Action Logs and escalations and it is essential you have strong financial management of cost approvals, budget, expense and re-charging.

The successful candidate will be able to manage the demand for programme resources and support the extension and/or release of contractors as appropriate, provide PMO services and liaise with IT HR and Central IT Delivery to ensure alignment and reconciliation of IT Delivery Back Office processes (eg approvals, budget and expense reconciliation and re-charging). You will also be able to report on, analyse and review performance against IT Delivery standards and methodologies, proposing appropriate actions and/or changes.

The role requires a good level of knowledge and awareness of Supplier relationship management, Project management, Portfolio management and Financial management for IT.
