To be considered for this excellent and PMO Analyst role i have attached some additonal information

As a PMO Analyst your main duties will be -
* On-going maintenance and publication of key project documents ensuring they are accurate, up to date and complete
* Co-ordination with project manager/workstream leaders to maintain the Project Plan
* Maintenance of the financial information
* Preparation of weekly reporting and consolidation for submission to PMO Manager
* Assist the project manager in the preparation of the Steering Committee Pack
* Provide administrative assistance to the project manager/workstream leaders as required

To be considered for this excellent PMO role you will need to have the following -
* Must have prior experience of working within the Asset Management industry
* Good written and oral communication skills
* MS Office skills (word, excel) / MS Project and Power Point skills
* Prior experience within a Projects environment
* Proven ability to take direction and complete activities under own initiative
* Inquisitive, with good logical, analytical, and diagnostic skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Able to deliver to tight deadlines, whilst maintaining quality.
* Desire to work and progress within a Project Management environment.
* The PMO Analyst must be logical, structured in their thinking and approach.
