For our banking client in Zurich, we are currently looking for a
PMO Analyst - Change Management
Start: ASAP
Duration: 6 months
Location: Zurich
You will play a key role within the BCR team in ensuring the project meet objectives on time by increasing employee adoption and usage.
The team will focus on the people side of change, including:
- Providing verbal and written communication on program/project status
- Administration of risks and issues
- Support in other Project Administrative tasks - Sponsor/StC Meetings
- Support in Project Finance Management
- Support in organizing project resource management
- Experience with MS Project - support in keeping track of plans, quality standards, deliverables and dependencies
- Lead and coach a small team of junior project support specialists
There will be periods where extended working hours and/or weekend work will be required to meet deadlines, mainly towards Q4 2016
Required skills/experience/knowledge:
- Basic Degree in Business/Finance/Accounting/IT
- Experience with large scale change efforts
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles
- Experience with MS Project is a plus
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of a project life cycle
- Familiarity with AGILE/Scrum project methodology is a plus
- Excellent communication skills -both written and spoken
- Strong organizational skills
- Active listening skills
- Ability to articulate messages to a variety of audiences
- Ability to maintain strong relationships
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities and in ambiguous situations
- Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
- Proactive, and demonstrates initiative to get things done
