The PMO Analyst for Reporting and Compliance is a key role within the PMO which is the Project Management Office for infrastructure projects, most with IPPD (Infrastructure Products & Projects Delivery) project managers.

A high level description of the way of working for the PMO is as follows:

* The Business Operations and Project Services (BOPS) team sends project and consultancy requests to PMO.

* PMO works with IPPD PMs to create initial project proposals and consultancy proposals, and to raise Change Requests and Consultancy Change Requests.

* PMO consolidates work orders from suppliers into initial project proposals and change requests for multi-bundle requests.

* PMO assists PMs with project management and delivery issues.

* PMO supports PMs in meeting Critical Service Levels (CSLs) and compliance requirements.

The PMO Analyst for Reporting and Compliance is responsible for analysis of project and consultancy status data in PRT to proactively identify potential project issues and reporting deficiencies so that actions can be taken by PMs to make corrections and mitigate potential problems. The PMO Analyst collaborates with project management, PMO, and compliance support resources in a global business environment and must have a solid understanding of the Project Delivery Framework (PDF) and the Project Reporting Tool (PRT). The portfolio of project data subject to monitoring and analysis may include over 500 active projects and consultancies.

Major responsibilities include:

* On a monthly basis, identify potential CSL (Critical Service Level) exclusions for CSLs 2-4. This activity involves analysis of project data in PRT, collaboration with the PMO team, and preparation of the Month End CSL report.

* On a monthly basis, produce PM Non Compliance Report for Delivery Leads and Practitioner Leads. Non compliance relates to PDF & IRM failures, CSL Failures and late PRT submission.

* Manage and direct the work of PMO analysts (offshore) to:

o On a daily basis, review PDF & IRM (Issue and Risk Management) compliance data in PRT and produce the Daily PDF & IRM Compliance Report and the IT Pulse Report.

o Monitor PRT project status updates and on a monthly basis, produce the PRT Month End report and the PM Non-Compliance Report which are used to identify PMs who are late in PRT update and who have projects in non-compliance status

* On a weekly basis, collaborate with PMs, Infrastructure Consultants, PMO analysts and PMO to produce the Weekly CSL & RTG (Return to Green) Forecast Reports.

Mandatory Requirements

* 3 or more years of project management and/or PMO experience

* Solid understanding of PDF and PRT

* Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, V look up and H lookup
