PMO Analyst
Our global client are currently recruiting for a PMO Analyst on a contract basis for 6 months. This role will be based within the SAP area of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development of internal and external reporting
- Arrange Meetings and record actions
- Ensure standard reporting templates are used.
- Ensure Project plans are maintained
- Develop team targets and KPIs
- Act as a point of contact for Suppliers
- Maintain Global, Regional and functional plans
- Act as a point of contact for Issues raised by the business
- Report on Project status and Operational Activities
- Drive Continuous improvement
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED;
- Experience working with multi-cultural teams in various locations
- Ability to analyse and interpret data
- Management of Service Improvements
- SharePoint 2010/2013 experience
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
