PROJECT MANAGER
We are currently hiring for a Project Management Office role in the Client's Loans Technology team for managing project financials.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The successful candidate for this role will be responsible to:
- Support Project Managers in managing project financials such as forecast, accruals and actual.
- Forecasting at start of month
- Project Accruals near last week of month
- Interface systems cost management
- Timesheet management for the team
- Update Project Status report in WW on monthly basis
- Invoice Management
- Validating invoices from multiple vendors
- Lodging of Statement of work (SOW) in E-procurement system and manage payment to vendor
- Manager direct invoicing from Business teams such as Finance & Operations.
- Manage cross Border recharge processing.
- Work closely with PM to submit and secure approval for PAR
- Complete formalities around product creation in GTO tool (Work-Wise) and keeping it up-to-date for Management reporting.
- SOW filing on share-point
- SOW reminders against expiry date
- Leave Consolidation across team
- Business requirement gathering, analysis and obtaining sing-off from relevant stakeholders
- Prepare functional specification and work with development team on the system design
- Review of test cases, coordination with various parties
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in similar role preferably in Commercial Lending.
- Effective negotiation, spoken and written communication skills in English.
- Effective senior stakeholder management.
- Ability to escalate issues in an effective manner and resolve these in conjunction with the rest of the team and/or the vendor.
- Capable of working independently to resolve issues and/or identify solutions.
- Highly motivated with willingness to take full ownership/responsibility for their work.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to details, strong work ethic, exceptional customer service.
