PMO Analyst

PMO ANALYST/DUBLIN, IRELAND/6 MONTH CONTRACT/€300 PER DAY

A global IT services company is looking to engage an experienced PMO Analyst for a minimum 6 month contract with possibility to extend. This will be onsite with one of Ireland's leading banks.

SUMMARY (4+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE WITH STRONG PMO SKILLS)

- Ensure complete documentation for Program on SharePoint.
- Liaise with team members, suppliers and relevant external Project Managers to ensure that Quality requirements are formulated, and all procedures and quality plans are acceptable to User resulting in authorising final quality plan.
- Support the Programme Manager/PMO Team in identifying impacts to Milestones, Deliverables and the Critical path's on the programme.
- Submit weekly program reports highlighting RAG status of program
- Assigning work packages and resources to respective teams.
- Providing administrative support by arranging regular meetings connected to the project, taking minutes at meetings, creation of workflows, presentations, diagrams and information as requested
- Updating issues logs, task lists, project plans, timelines and creating status summaries from workstream owners, ensuring consistency across the programme.
- Assisting PMO in putting project controls and strong Governance throughout the program.
- Schedule and chair regular meetings with vendors and clients to review weekly project status and update sponsors
- Acting as the focal point for any queries, issues, and interdependencies
- Manage communications across the project streams with all interested parties

PROFESSIONAL ATTRIBUTES

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Sufficient level of competence in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of tools, especially Microsoft project plan
- Strong Microsoft Project plan skills for creating and managing plans.
