A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a PMO Analyst to join a busy Glasgow based organisation on a 6 Month FTC.

You will provide support to the PMO Manager with the Programme Management Office (PMO) which is responsible for providing support across all projects and programmes.

Your main responsibilities will include the following:
*Develop, map, implement, maintain and review processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of delivering projects/programmes.
*Support the overall Portfolio Management process which will include Resource Analysis, Financial Analysis and Scheduling of multiple projects across various teams.
*Co-ordinate the collection and maintenance of accurate records, MI and indicators regarding project/programme performance.
*Support the overall portfolio processes, including resource management processes and the overall portfolio of change.
*Produce accurate and well-presented documents using a variety of IT packages ie MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, MS Visio etc.

You must have experience of the following:
*Working in a project/programme environment
*Excellent understanding of the role of PMO within a project/programme environment
*Skill in planning/preparing written communications
*Demonstrate skills in working with groups and facilitating workshops.
*Good problem solving skills whilst identifying opportunities for improvement.
*Attention to detail and the ability to ensure high quality and consistency of output.
