PMO Analyst

A PMO ANALYST is required to support a wide range of Program Management Office controls and activities including scheduling, the maintenance of Program Registers, MS Excel modelling and report development.

The Role:

- Development and maintenance of the project schedule
- Assisting as required with PMO planning activities relating to scheduling
- Development and maintenance of data and spread sheets associated with cost/benefit and demand modelling
- Maintenance of various PMO controls and Registers
- Representing the PMO Lead and Planners as required at meetings/discussions
- Ensure stakeholders are engaged, informed and participate in required tracking and monitoring activities
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with key internal/external stakeholders

Your Background:

- 3 years experience in scheduling complex programs and projects, ideally within a PMO.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Project and Excel.
- Knowledge of cost/benefit and demand modelling would be an advantage Strong analytical skills.
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders with competing priorities and objectives.
- Understanding of the program and project management life cycle and controls.
- Customer focussed with strong service ethic.
- Collaborative and pragmatic individual who is self motivated and results driven.
- Excellent communication skills. Good problem solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and concern for quality.
- Actively develops good working relationships with all stakeholders and is motivated by the shared experience of working towards a common goal.
- Not afraid to voice an opinion and constructively challenge views, decisions at all levels. Able to deliver in an environment with ambiguity.
