PMO Analyst required for an initial 4 month contract based in West Yorkshire.
Working for my large financial client you will be involved in the production and analysis of information for the project executive to support their decision making process.
You will also develop effective and productive working relationships with the workstream
Core responsibilities:Support the Programme Office Manager and Project team in all aspects of PMO work as required including Change Control, Dependency Management, CMT queries, Risk / Issue Management and Progress Reporting
Provide support on various ad-hoc requests and activities (as required).
Identify opportunities for process improvement for current and proposed processes.
Skills: Good organisational skills.
Strong analytical skills
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to produce high quality written documentation, including reports
Builds good working relationships
Able to plan and organise own workload in a structured and logical way, and operate in a busy time driven environment.
MS PowerPoint and Excel Change Management Toolkit (CMT) Governance Processes Sharepoint
Candidates will be available immediately and preferable live within commutable distance. Financial Services experience is also desirable.
