Projektbeschreibung
CONSULTANT POSITION DESCRIPTION
THE CONSULTANT WILL BE PART OF THE PMO DEPARTMENT AND WILL REPORTS TO HEAD OF IT PROJECT MANAGEMENT
The PMO would help produce:
-
PROPOSALS (eg amendment to a SOW to be submitted for approval by SSM or for consideration by a vendor)
-
PROJECT PLANS (eg sourcing of appropriate template, updating the project schedule)
-
PROJECT REPORTS (eg updating project report slides in connection with Program StCo meeting, submitting monthly project reports to IT Portfolio)
-
TRACKING OF TRAINING-NEEDS AND TRAINING PARTICIPATION
Further the PMO would organize and maintain:
-
PRACTICALITIES RE. ONBOARDING OF NEW TEAM MEMBERS (access, PC, briefing on team site content and structure etc.)
-
PROJECT FILES (with regards to ensuring ease of accessibility of latest versions, permissions management)
-
PROJECT WORKSPACE (including new project workspace requests, setting up permission groups, adding/removing members from access groups, setting up document libraries and making adjustments to their metadata, subscribing project site members to alerts)
In addition to assisting with:
-
MONITORING THE PROGRAM AND PROJECT BUDGETS
-
EVALUATING THE PROGRESS OF THE PROJECTS to ensure that the timeline is followed steadily and consistently
-
WRITING PROGRESS REPORTS
-
SCHEDULING MEETINGS
-
PREPARING PRESENTATIONS for StCo meetings and workshops
-
TAKING MINUTES AT MEETINGS
-
REMAINING COMPLIANT with Yara processes and procedures concerning project delivery
