PMO Administrator

The PMO Administrator for the CBP Houlton Project must be a possess a 4 year degree and/or its equivalent.

This individual will be responsible for working closely with the Project Managers assigned and providing them with support in their day to day operations.

They will be responsible for gathering and logging all time cards and entering this data in a predefined data base.
1. Provide Admin services to the overall execution and implementation of any and all Federal SI area projects.
2. Work with the Federal SI area management team and provide admin services on an as needed bases.
3. Develop new tools to capture and document project progress and expenses as directed by project teams.
4. Complete and submit on a weekly basis a detailed time card.
5. Continuously identify and provide services that will aid in the overall project management of all Federal SI area projects.
6. Attend customer meetings, take notes and publish notes to all attendees.
7. Be capable of travel to field.
8. Assist program Managers in the generation and submittal of purchase orders.
9. Help track all project costs and expenses.

The bulk of these services will be provided at the USFGMD headquarters in Columbia, MD. Have the desire and talent to possibly move into a PM role.

IMPORTANT:
THIS ROLE REQUIRES VERY STRONG MICROSOFT PROJECT EXPERIENCE AND EARN VALUE MANAGEMENT (EVM).
