PMO £575/DAY

We are seeking a PMO Lead on behalf of our client with proven experience of Front Office change within Investment Banking.

The role will require the successful candidate to
*Establish and maintain program controls and processes to facilitate on-going health and performance monitoring.
*Establish clear processes for escalation and management of threats to the program.
*Drive status reporting throughout the program and up to the Steering Committee and Program Sponsor.
*Act for the Program Director to challenge individuals and teams where agreed processes and standards are not adhered to, including authority for ad-hoc individual project health checks.
*Challenge the quality of materials submitted to the PMO to ensure robustness and value
*Budget and resource monitoring and reporting.
*Owning of security management and document control processes including permissions, access rights and management of knowledge stores.
*Representing the program in senior management forums
*Chair the Program Management Forum

You must show the following skills and experiences:
*An Investment Bank and/or Asset Management and/or Consultancy background, with a strong understanding of structured project management within the Financial Services arena.
*A proven track record of successfully supporting delivery of large complex programs within an Investment Banking environment (10 years + experience).
*A good level of product knowledge in one or more areas of the Financial Services industry
*Proven organizational, leadership and management skills
* Prince 2 or similar to practitioner level
*Ability to command attention from senior managers
*Ability to produce clear, concise reporting
*Solid strategic analysis, problem solving, issue resolution and decision making skills
