PMO

DESCRIPTION:

We are currently looking for a PMO Young Professional with excellent communication skills in English. Someone who has experience with boards and steering committees. Preferably an intellectual/analytical person with a master degree (WO/MBA). You will be working directly with the program director and need to make this person's life easier. Furthermore we need someone with a hands-on mentality who has excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills. Someone who does not mind planning, managing calendars, as well as advise the Project Director strategically. Last but not least has experience with organisations transformations/reorganisations.

DEMANDS:

- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Experience with transformations/reorganizations in International companies
- Prepared to do hands-on PMO work for the Project Director (making PowerPoints, planning workshop)
- Extensive experience with PowerPoint and Excel;
- Consultancy background is a pre
- Work Experience within large companies and international environments;
- Proven experience with setting PMO office and governance of big programs;
- Master degree (WO/MBA) is a pre;
- Experience with Clarity is a pre;
