Projektbeschreibung

For our banking client in Zürich we are currently looking for a PMO:

Start: 1st July 2015

Duration: 6 months

Responsibilities

* Maintain resources and financials figures in OnePPM (CS tool for Project Portfolio Management), including the implementation of reconciliations & updates (eg triggered by Change Requests)

* Prepare monthly EAC (Estimate At Completion) simulations for Stream Leads basing on current actuals, then integrate adjustments in OnePPM according to Stream Lead response

* Manage & approve resource booking requests triggered by Stream Leads and ensure synchronization of staffing and onboarding process

* Support PMO lead in the elaboration of documentation needed for negotiations with contracting partners

* Support PMO lead in the elaboration of presentations for Senior Management

* Support PMO Lead in elaborating contracts and ensure needed reviews and approvals

* Maintain a central repository with all GPP relevant signed contracts (including allocated Purchase Order) as well as expected contracts (pipeline)

* Maintain a central repository of all invoices and ensure they full match with signed contracts - manage possible inconsistencies

* Maintain accruals file with LBM (Excel and OnePPM)

* Capture invoices in MyShop and ensure they are paid according to defined process and timelines

* Act as deputy of the responsible for the sub-streams "Financial & Staffing Management " and
"Vendor & Contract Management"

* Take over diverse Release Management Office tasks (eg manage the list of Change Requests)

Required skills and attitude

* 3-5 Experience in managing projects/sub-projects and/or working in a PMO (Program Management Office)

* Excellent knowledge and experience with MS Excel and MS Power-Point

* Ability to elaborate clear, concise and precise messages out of complex figures

* Dynamic, proactive self-starter with a clear can-do attitude, able to challenge the status-quo and provide pragmatic and actionable solutions

* Good communication and presentation skills, as well as ability to effectively interact with senior colleagues (Release Managers, Stream Leads, Program Managers)

* Very good ability to elaborate and ensure quality of details (eg financial figures)

* Very good ability to address and prioritize parallel tasks

* Experience in working within Credit Suisse is a clear plus

* Knowledge of Payments Solutions in financial service industry is a clear plus Michael Bailey International is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
