This role would suit an individual who has worked as a PMO for a number of years and is keen to step into a more senior position supporting the PM on a major project. This will be a hands on role where you will be required to use your own initiative.
The Key Responsibilities of the role are:
* Ensure appropriate project governance is applied to each stream of the programme.
* Ensure PMO standards, procedures, tools and templates are rolled out and used consistently and effectively across programme.
* Take an active role in planning, administration and reporting.
* Support the Business Change Manager in the analysis of risks & issues utilising PMO quality control processes and procedures.
* Liaise between the programme stream's to collate, document, store and report information and decisions.
* Prepare documentation and record minutes for on-going project meetings, managing circulation to all key stakeholders.
