We're hiring a PMO for an onsite role with our Tier One Investment Bank client.
EXTENSIVE INVESTMENT BANKING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
Location: Jersey City, NJ
Duration: 12 + months
Term: Contract/C2C (NO THIRD PARTIES)
Client: Banking/Financial
Rate: $750/day
The successful candidate will assist with Program Management Office efforts working with distributed teams on a global basis. The scope of your involvement necessitates someone who is proactive, diligent, and thrives in an environment of change.
ROLE:
- Coordinate project scheduling, resource and tracking of project spend to ensure delivery to time, quality and budget
- Work with work-stream leads and Program/Project Managers to review actuals and budget
- Capture explanations of deviation and changes to forecast
- Prepare communication and governance materials
- Manage status report and program metrics
- Manage change requests.
- Responsible to PMO Lead
- Handle issues, change requests, SharePoint and risk management
SKILLS:
- Investment Banking Industry experience (required)
- Knowledge and experience in Program Management Office techniques/methodologies.
- SharePoint, Microsoft Office, Excel (Pivot Tables, vlookups), Project, Access (reporting), PowerPoint. (preferred)
- Comfortable working with senior level managers across a global organization
- Outstanding organizational, presentation and general follow-up skills required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
