PMO is required by a Global Insurance Company.
It is essential you have the following skills/experience:
Previous experience in a similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite: Excel, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook
Qualification in Programme and Project Support, Prince2 or similar
Background in Finance and Insurance industry preferable
This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the market leading Financial Services organisations which is undertaking a long-term Data Management program. Specifically the Project Manager Officer (PMO) will assist with monitoring the integrated workplans with partner programs, timelines, resource plans, issues, risks, change requests, with inputs to financial control (budgets, funding and vendor management) and business case preparation. Additionally, the PMO will coordinate the escalation of risks and integration issues in partnership with the Delivery Manager.
The key accountabilities for the role include:
Monitoring of adherence to PMO processes and standards
Assistance in maintenance of Integrated Work Plans with Partner Programs
Partner Program Reporting (planned and ad hoc)
Preparation of material for specific activities such as 'phase close out' and audit reviews.
Training and guidance in new tools and processes
Ensuring that resources are allocated in line with the Resource plan
Sharepoint administration
Project budget tracking and reporting to Delivery Manager
PPM Time Monitoring
