IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Support & drive the IT Project through organizing IT PMO (Project Management Office) activities and taking over the management of individual subtasks
-Support the delivery of the project outcomes in line with budget, timeline, quality and scope
-Support adequate project planning for IT tasks
-Track, ensure and facilitate progress on tasks, milestones, risks and dependencies
-Organize & support IT workshop or status meetings (local and global coverage [via WebEx])
-Actively manage individual project tasks
-Support the Project and IT Management in presentation and reporting tasks

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Proven experience working as IT Project Manager or in a senior PMO role, preferably in a global environment
-Excellent organizational skills, efficiency & results orientation
-Ability to structure complex tasks and prioritize
-Strong communication skills in English and German (written and orally)
-Work well under time pressure
-Strong MS Office, documentation & presentation skills
-Degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or profound relevant work experience in related fields
-Experience in IT Service Management with external providers is helpful
-Experience in IT transition and transformation management is helpful
-Experience in IT connectivity topics (for remote user operations, interfaces/EAI) is helpful
-Experience in a global setting (involving US and Asia/Hong Kong) is a plus
