Key responsibilities of the Business Change Project/Programme Manager:

Delivery Lead of transformation programme. Successful delivery of initiatives of Transformation.
Manage planning of initiatives.
Control initiative progress/budget. Escalate deviations where appropriate.
Effective balance of capacity for the initiative.
Ensure successful delivery, providing programme management services to enable compliance to agreed methods.
Identification, tracking and management of any key dependencies impacting the project.
Ensuring that key stakeholders are kept updated on key decisions and progress.
Work cross functionally, achieving buy in and commitment to the delivery of the transformation, ensuring the solutions are delivered commercially.

Skills Required

Strong interpersonal and people management skills - ability to negotiate and influence a range of stakeholders
Strong Oracle and written communication
Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.
Systematic and structured approach to tasks.
