For our client, a well renowned Swiss/International Bank, we are looking for a "PM - PROJECT MANAGER - SECURITIES -OFFSHORING/SOURCING/OUTSOURCING" with a broad banking experience.
FOR THIS REQUISITION WE CAN ONLY CONSIDER CANDIDATES ALREADY LIVING IN SWITZERLAND AND HOLDING A VALID WORK PERMIT OR CANDIDATES WILLING TO RELOCATE ASAP (WITH A EUROPEAN CITIZENSHIP).
Your responsibilities:
- Run book-of-work for offshoring and renovation initiative in Securities Operations context dealing with IT, Service-Delivery-Business and Service-Line Transition counterparts
- Creating/keeping and communicating overview on roadmap, deliveries, status reporting, RAID, financials, resources and priorities (critical path development)
- Ensuring tight scope control via change control setup
- Pro-active Stakeholder management
- Issue management with Business Analysts, IT and Business stakeholder
Your Have:
- WORKED AS EXPERIENCED PROJECT MANAGER (PMP or similar certification a plus) in a similar position before in IT OR BANKING OPERATIONS/BUSINESS WITH PROVEN METHODOLOGY SKILLS and structured working approach while also taking interest and care for content
- An understanding of what it takes to run a successful project
- FLUENT IN ENGLISH (German is an advantage)
- Stakeholder Management Experience
You are:
- an experienced professional with at least 5+ years of relevant experience
- self starter with a hands on mentality (rwho really gets involved with the project content/tasks)
- an excellent communicator and presenter with an ability to influence stakeholders
- able to effectively interact with a multicultural environment at all different hierarchy levels
