PM-Location Strategy & Operating Model dsgn

I am currently recruiting for a Project Manager for a leading retail Bank. I have outlined the role details below.

Technology project manager capable of hands-on management and shaping a Location Strategy and Operating Model design engagement. Previous location strategy/operating model design experience essential.

Agile delivery practice knowledge desirable.

As part of the 12 week initiation sprint we propose to:
*Refresh and review technology site by site analysis
*Identify sub scale consolidation opportunities with a favourable business case and develop a plan for exit
*Identify and document sites deemed "confirmed exceptions" for regulatory and or business reasons
*Analyse and capture requirements for our target operating model in close collaboration with Global Delivery Centre leadership
*Define the "to be" operating model framework for our Global Delivery Centres (GDCs)
*Align the operating model framework to the workforce guiding principles and location planning standards developed as part of our previous analysis

The client has requested (Supplier) support to address these activities by supplying 3 dedicated resources to assist with the following:

Location strategy:
*Rapid and iterative review of technology site analysis data with a cross cluster working group
*Identification of potential consolidation opportunities aligned to BU specific location strategies
*Delivery of a site consolidation outline business case and supporting location strategy proposal
Operating model:
*Rapid capture of "to be" Operating Model "organisational" components and definition of an outline structure
*Iterative development of a framework for Operating Model "operate and control" component requirements
*Delivery of a draft operating model proposal

*Definition phase:
*Identification of key planning challenges and execution complexities to be tackled during the definition phase
*Delivery of an iterative business case to secure funding for subsequent phases
