PM - ITSM

- North Ryde/CBD location
- 6 months contract
- IT Service management transition project!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Gather information and advice for business and systems analysis, and design so that the systems meet business requirements
- Develop project plans and associated communication documents.
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively and independently and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Well-developed organisational and planning skills and the ability to prioritise work in order to meet deadlines and commitments.

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Previous experience working for a large IT/ICT organisation or IT Projects (involving transition-out project) essential
- Working knowledge of ITIL and ITSM
- HP Software (ITSM) experience, HP propel, HP Asset manager, HP UCMDB, Hp Service manager experience is advantageous.
- Prince2 Foundation® or equivalent experience in a project environment.
- Demonstrated ability in project management procedures and practices.
- Well-developed negotiation and customer service skills
