PM for CRS Project Portfolio (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

-Manage several small and medium projects in the Enterprise Serivces / Credit Risk Services area and provide full overview on status and risk to ES/CRS Management
-Manage dependencies to the major initiatives
-Provide solutions in case of conflicts (e.g. time, resources)
-Handle business communication in context of setting up new projects (discuss scope, provide solution scenarios and high level plans as well as agreed Terms of Reference)
-Support budget request process for 2020 and define the delivery portfolio for 2020
-Support in mentoring and grooming the Indian (internal) Project Managers
-Propose process improvements and realize quick wins directly to increase efficiency and quality

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Good overview of internal processes of banks
-Very good communication skills (German and English) and a good understanding of Stakeholder Management
-Good presentation skills (written and verbal)
-Mentoring experience with Junior PLs (international)
-Profound operational experience
