Essential Experience:
· 10+ years experience in banking / capital markets. Will consider partial consulting background with inv banking.
·Regulatory experience essential - ideally Recovery & Resolution Planning
·Asset class experience (any)
·Solid change management / large scale transformation project experience.
·Data analysis experience essential including Excel Pivots/SQL.
·Strong problem solving skills - ie. understanding the as-is process, defining the future state business process, identify gaps, prioritising.
·Extensive stakeholder management experience at MD level - being able to sell/influence/get decisions from senior mgmt.
