PLURIFORM SENIOR FUNCTIONAL EXPERT

PLURIFORM SENIOR FUNCTIONAL EXPERT is urgently required for a long term contract positon with a major blue chip client.

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Good functional knowledge of Credit Insurance business and especially Commercial, Policy Administration, Claims and Collection domains.
Ability to understand and describe the impact of business requirements and make estimations based on them in cooperation with a developer or technical expert.
Ability to write functional specifications, provide functional support to IT resources and to communicate in a way that is understandable by Business.
A technical knowledge of Pluriform, having experience with release management procedures, being used to work in a multi-cultural context would be useful (although not mandatory at the beginning).

JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

- Takes into account all Requests for Change relating to Pluriform. This encompasses the following tasks:
- analyze the business requirements and challenge them when relevant, in close cooperation with Pluriform Business Support team,
- determine the best way to implement the requirements within the application and assess the impacts of their implementation,
- estimate the implementation cost in man/days,
- write down global software specifications,
- provide support to the developers in charge of the build,
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Pluriform not originating directly from business requirements, by providing related analysis.
- Manages 1 or 2 less experienced functional analysts and provides them with operational support.
- Manages all IT documentation relating to Pluriform, written or updated by him/her or by other Pluriform development team members.
- Is the main interlocutor of Group IT Transversal Architecture team for functional topics, within the Pluriform development team.
