PLC Electrical Systems Engineer - Chippenham

Location: Chippenham

Salary: £30k - £40k

Huxley Associates are currently looking for a PLC Electrical Systems Engineer to join an expanding team.

The client predominately designs and manufactures control panel systems for a variety of industry sectors. The company is in a period of growth and has recently moved in to lovely new premises in the Chippenham area.

Essential Skills:

-PLC Programming Experience (Preferably Siemens or Allen Bradley)
-Knowledge of Scada
-Electrical Design experience (ideally control panel systems)

Desirable Skills:

-Process orientation background e.g. water industry

Day to Day Duties:

- Electrical Design of Control panel
- PLC Coding in Siemens or Allen Bradely (Aprox 80% of role)
- Industrial design e.g. circuit diagrams
- Generating Bills and materials
- Working on new tenders
- Working on test and client documentation

There will be the opportunity to work overseas a few times a year to work on the commissioning projects.
