My client, a large consultancy, is looking for a Plant Maintenance Engineer immediately for a 1 year contract in Ijmuiden, Netherlands.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Good communications skills (written/speaking) with all levels within the working Units (ranging from technician to management), but also sometimes with contractors (other languages), Drive for the results from the perspective of the working unit (production and maintenance). Must understand the project dynamics and sometimes improvise to reach the final results, Problem solving and decision making and bring the right people together to fix the problems. Sometimes you have to make decisions in order to monitor the progress, Project and structured work, see the big picture (not stuck in details), Speaks fluent Dutch and English and Not a thinker but a worker - Some parts must be simply arranged and executed.
