Reporting into the team leader, you will be responsible for a variety of mapping functions concerned with Land in order to aid the legal department.
Key duties will include:
* Processing all enquiries relating to land planning and mapping
* Ensuring all back information is archived correctly
* Using Digital Mapping System to identify shared interests and all planning activities
* Reporting on any planning and findings
* Stakeholder management
* Dealing with all Plan Office enquiries
To be considered for this role, you will be experienced in:
* One of the following: Examining scale plans, property deeds or digital mapping (GIS or CAD)
* Examining Land Register/Sasine Register
* Experience in working with maps and plans in a digital or paper format
If you had any experience of legal documentation or Ordnance Map interpretation, this would be a distinct advantage.
