* Integrated Project Planning
* Long-term Business Planning
* Workplan and Budget Coordination
* Risk Management Planning
* Support Function Coordination
* Provide performance management, development and coaching/mentoring to the team
* A minimum of 8 years in the oil and gas industry
* Background in economic and technical analysis

* Identification of core issues
* Structuring problems
* Knowledge gathering

* Planning experience
* Experience in project management
* Candidate may come from a Reservoir Engineering background
