This role has been released on an interim basis for 3 months for an immediate start they are looking for a an experienced Planning Solicitor with a local government background to assist a busy legal department with a heavy caseload of planning matters. The majority of the role is likely to include s.106 agreements. Additionally you may be required to assist with some property matters.

You will be a qualified Solicitor with at least 4PQE within planning law, you will be available to commence work straight away for an on-going period. Your previous experience will include handling all areas of planning law, however specific experience of drafting s.106 agreements is essential.
