Planning/Scheduling Specialist - Mechanical Aptitude Job

PLANNING/SCHEDULING SPECIALIST needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in DEEPWATER, NJ.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS SHOULD YOU POSSESS:

- Strong experience with SAP to use for planning and ordering materials
- Experience with instrumentation controls, electrical switchgear along with a mechanical aptitude
- Experience troubleshooting/repairing AC and DC electrical circuits up to 575Volts, industrial instrument loop components, pressure, temperature, level, and flow loops

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Plans and/or schedules (mechanical, electrical and/or instrumentation) maintenance work according to best practices using advanced knowledge of production area needs and concerns based on past experience operating, maintaining and/or supervising in the area.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Industrial experience with instrumentation, controls and electrical switchgear, mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions
- Ability to climb ladders
- Basic computer skills (especially MS Office, E-mail, etc.)
- Extremely knowledgeable in SAP for planning and ordering materials
- The ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
- Experience in troubleshooting and repairing AC and DC electrical circuits up to and including 575Volts
- Experience in troubleshooting and repairing industrial instrument loop components, including pressure, temperature, level and flow loops
- Experience in reading industrial drawings including process and instrument drawings, electrical drawings, and instrument loop drawings
- Experience with Distributive Control Systems, operating concepts and maintenance
