LOGISTICS COORDINATOR/BROADCAST/PRIORITISING/CALL SHEETS/IMMEDIATE START/3 months

Title: Planning and Logistics Coordinator

Location: Hampshire

Reports to: Senior Planninghence the candidate needs to be flexible and responsive to the needs of the business.
*The role requires cover of an on-call roster outside of office hours in order to provide telephone response to calls relating to customer, Sales and department queries. Presently the roster requires each person to cover out-of-hours response for one week in three.

Skills/competencies:

*Excellent time management and work prioritisation abilities.
*A high level of professionalism is required in dealing with internal and external customer requirements
*Ability to work under pressure, multi task and use own initiative
*Excellent telephone manner
*Good interpersonal skills when dealing with customer and third parties
*IT Skills - standard office applications
