Planning & Coordination Administrator (2-3 Months)

Projektbeschreibung

An opportunity has arisen for a Regulatory Associate position in the Planning
- Planning and delivery of Management Information in short timescales to the Accountable Executive, Sponsoring and Sector department Managers, Regulated Firms and Supervision Case Officers;
- Supporting the delivery of the new and innovative on-line regulatory review tool;
- Presenting results and outcomes at strategic points in clear
- Collaborating with other stakeholders within the FCA to ensure successful delivery of Regulatory Review Regions and ensure awareness of issues that may impact the division and other Pillars of Supervision; and
- Actively participating in recommending and facilitating continuous Business Process Improvements to this programme of work.

MINIMUM CRITERIA

- Strong written communication skills; and
- Experience in process management with the ability to develop and enhance current processes and write clear procedures for the Team.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

- Strong oral communication skills;
- Prioritisation and time management; the ability to work in a high pressure environment where priorities may change at short notice;
- A calm, sensible and knowledgeable approach when dealing with stakeholders and firms;
- Stakeholder awareness and the ability to influence colleagues and stakeholders and build trust with them;
- Strong ability to use and apply judgement to solve problems effectively and efficiently;
- Flexibility and excellent team-working skills; and
- A strong understanding of the FCA Supervision strategy and processes and where this programme fits into the strategy.

DESIRABLE SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

- A broader understanding of the background to the Firms Systematic Framework of supervision, the desired outcomes and the reasoning for the approach the FCA has taken with this strategy
- Experience of establishing and managing internal and external stakeholders at all levels; and
- Knowledge of systems used within Event Supervision Department, including Tardis and the Firm Systematic Framework Database.
