Planning Control Assistant - Chinese & French Speaking

Connect44 are looking for a PLANNING CONTROL MANAGER in the Boulogne location

Contract position

EU Candidates ONLY

MUST SPEAK FLUENT MANDARIN AND FRENCH

Deeply understand internal process, ensure all related rollout activities fulfil internal Procedures targeting revenue goal.

Support the PM/PD/RPM with specialist knowledge in the area of Project Administration, Project Planning and scheduling including critical path identification, backwards scheduling, controlling and monitoring. Ensure all activities fulfil internal process from Revenue and inventory point of view

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT, NOT LIMITED TO:

- Work with RPM/PM/PD to understand project scope and identify project deliverables, work packages.
- Deeply internal process, and ensure project execution meet all internal requirement in order to recognize Revenue and offset inventory.
- Identify/define processes to be used for project execution, identify dependencies & interconnections of work packages and tasks so as to fulfil internal and external requirement.
- Assist PD/PM in developing project milestones and schedule
- Update project schedule/milestones & progress in the required tool/template
- Control and monitor PO/ Project materials, Launch PO change process if needed
- Provide status report updates to PD/PM along with deviations from project schedule (if any) and suggest plan to get the project back on track.
- Analyze project progress and make forecasts for remainder of the projects
- Support PD/PM with preparation of project reports (eg handover to customer support)
- Prepare required documents if need, eg PAC/FAC
- Support PM in tracking and reporting of project cost and risk
- Create Materials Requests (MR) and Site transfer request (STR).
- E2E Track Purchase Orders (PO) status.
