Planning and Reporting Intern Job

PLANNING AND REPORTING INTERN needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in MIAMI, FL

THE BIG PICTURE- TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Will undertake tasks related to the Pricing and Inventory Management functions of the Planning & Reporting department.
- Two (2+) years professional experience, preferably in advertising/TV industry
- BS in Statistics, Econometrics, Math, Finance or other degree with strong quantitative emphasis
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Intermediate knowledge of Spanish/Portuguese is a plus.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Provide data-driven insight to assist in the development of price targets by ratings, market, season, industry and dayparts.
- Help build proposals for key negotiations by gathering information from several sources.
- Organize and maintain information related to Ad Spend and Ratings so that it is easy and ready to use in the analyses.
- Prepare reports using the Business Intelligence system to fulfil ad-hoc requests.
- Help with the enhancement of Inventory forecast models.
- Maintain excel file with information related to barter consumption.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed.

- Good written and verbal communication and problem solving skills.
- Ability to learn new tools and analytical software quickly.
