Planning Analyst, MI, HR, Insights, Fixed-Term, Newcastle

I have a fantastic opportunity to join a financial services company during a time of growth, working within the HR team you will be required to provide and deliver reporting, analysis, and insights on Key HR performance metrics to senior stakeholders.

You will analyse data to draw out insightful conclusions that add value to the business and prompt action around people issues. You must be comfortable in presenting data to the board and senior execs and have the ability to turn raw data into a story. You will work closely with HR Insights Manager in order to help shape the strategy and direct for the HR insights team going forward.

You will be required to have a strong ability to use Microsoft Applications, particularly Excel and Powerpoint. A degree in Mathematics, statistics, management, business, HR or a related discipline would be advantageous.

This role is to cover for a member of the team who will be working on an external project till the end of the year.
