Planner Scheduler

Leading construction management firm has a need for a Planner/Scheduler for a long term (1+ years) contract assignment based in the metro Philadelphia, PA area. Some travel required. Ideal candidate will have experience maintaining the current project budget and schedule, ensuring that cost is allocated correctly, and calculation of the estimated cost at completion.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Setting and maintaining Master Schedule in P6
- Prepare input to the monthly/quarterly reports
- Responsible for final reconciliation of cost to budget on completed projects
- Travel to sites both to determine status of project

REQUIREMENTS

- Experience developing and implementing Earned Value Project Management techniques and must have knowledge in integrating the elements of cost, schedule, invoicing, progress and performance.
- Proficient at Primavera P6
- Equivalent of 5+ years of experience in Cost Control
- Solid skills using MS Office: Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Experience developing schedules utilizing MS Project
- Position will involve occasional travel
