Planner Scheduler

Southwestern utility is seeking Schedulers with Primavera experience. 2 positions open. One is a mid level and the other a junior level position. Both Schedulers will support Senior Program Managers with Primavera Scheduling in their Tulsa, Oklahoma location. These are long term positions supporting numerous large projects running over several years. Will consider recent college graduates for junior position. Requires solid experience with Primavera. P6 or P5 preferred but will consider other versions of Primavera.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Responsibilities include support for Senior Program Management Construction Schedulers
- Responsible for project cost estimates and cost analysis would also be helpful
- Responsible for providing PM support activities in managing resources
- Responsible in supporting capital budget and work plan identification, resource planning and project assignment
- Will liaison with operation, construction management and field services to assure coordination among project process partners

REQUIREMENTS

- Experience with Primavera P5 or P6 is preferred but will consider other versions of Primavera
- Experience with verifying and checking the impact of multiple projects on outages and resource requirements
- Ability to use M.S. Office including spreadsheets. Exposure to Lotus Products a plus
