Planner - Programme Planner, Financial Services, Banking, MSP

Planner - Contract - 4 months - Edinburgh, Glasgow or London

Experienced Programme Planner required to join our Financial Services Client based in Edinburgh, Glasgow or London.

The selected candidate will join a large Operational Division and will work closely with Portfolio Delivery PMO, Central PMO teams and Project/Programme Managers within the Division.

As the Planner for this programme, you will be tasked with ensuring best practice planning is adhered to, providing support/coaching to Project/Programme Managers, challenging plan content and managing any changes to scope/slippage, analysing critical path, developing consolidated programme plans, QA, conducting planning workshops and acting as the Single Point of Contact with Master Divisional PMO on milestone and plan reporting.

To be considered for this role, applicants should have the following skills:
* First Class knowledge of planning and MSP
* Recent experience in a Programme Planning role
* Excellent Stakeholder Management Skills
* Excellent communication and influencing skills
* Workshop facilitation
* Ability to build and maintain relevant internal networks to share knowledge and best practice and to build the profile and capability of the PMO and Change Management Community.
* Extremely proactive and work with minimal supervision
