Planisware P5/Expert/Implemtation/Portfolio Management

For a client in the aviation industry we are looking for Planisware expert who has knowledge of portfolio management processes

Due to a reorganisation at our client, they need to define the processes regarding portfolio management. To manage their portfolio, projects and processes they use Planisware P5. The internal employees have developed a good functional knowledge of this product. Unfortunately they currently miss strong technical knowledge of Planisware. They are looking for a consultant who has business, technical and settings knowledge of Planisware. They use the product for staff allocation, effort accounting, project deliverables, milestone tracking and work programme planning.

Besides missing the technical knowledge, there is currently no documented and published Portfolio management process. It has high priority to design and implement such process. You will be responsible for process life cycle management, support to process owners in process performance review, definition of improvement roadmap and process improvement services.

Business Context:
- Technical and business analysis of Planisware P5;
- Portfolio Management process design and implementation;
- Corporate process design and monitoring.

Tasks:
- Portfolio management: - Support process definition and implementation;
- Corporate process: - Review current framework and documentation
- Propose Process Performance Review methods
- Support process owners in process Performance review
- Definition of improvement roadmap.
- Planisware Business technical Analyst:
- 2nd line support (issue investigation, new functionalities, training of 1st line)
- Challenging major change request needs (business case)
- Defining solutions for major change requests (business and technical)
- Keeping up to date on new functionalities
- Complex data check
- Liaison with technical IT staff during change processes.

Skills:
- University degree in IT or equivalent experience;
- Project management training or equivalent experience (asset);
- Excellent knowledge of Planisware P5 (Business, Technical and Settings);
- Experience in Portfolio management;
- Experience in Process management (design, implementation, improvement and performance)(asset);
