PL1 Technical Architect

My Dublin based financial services client is looking for a PL1 Technical Designer/Architect- Starting September/October 2012. We have a number of PL1 people on site from the EU with this client so please call me for a daily rate quote and to find out more about the client.

Job Specification for PL/1 Technical Designer/Architect:

System Environment:
The Core Retail Banking environment consists of 
Mainframe PL/1 application software (developed in-house) supporting both online and batch processes. 
DB2 Table and IMS Database processing. 
Application processing, supporting key retail banking functionality

Key Skills:
PL/1 (min 10 years plus) - Technical Leadership/Design
JCL
TSO, Changeman

Other Skills: (not essential)
DB2
IMS
Tablebase

General:
Ability to lead and take technical direction for a team of Pl/1 consultants. Experience of Retail Banking applications and/or business functionality would be highly advantage.
