PL/SQL Developer with Financial Experience

For our customer we are looking for a PL/SQL Developer with Financial Experience
Scope of the task is to enhance and error fix on various pieces in the very large in-house-build MARS system. Implementation is done on oracle 11G mainly in SQL and PL/SQL language - but JAVA language will used if more optimal.
The consultant MUST:
Be an experienced SQL and PL/SQL developer.
Ability to plan and drive (especially own work).
Good communication skills.
Ask if things are unclear.
Posses optimization skills.
Good knowledge of datamodels and design of those.
Interest in understanding the domain area: Market Risk.
The consultant MAY:
Ability to code in Java (Back End).
Capability of participating in all phases of a project from analysis and design to development and test. Ability to transform business requirements into IT requirements and propose a design.
Have knowledge about the capital markets area and financial products.
