PL/SQL Developer

SOFTWARE DEVELOPER - PL/SQL
Active participant in a development team which designs and enhances a suite of in-house PL/SQL workflow applications used for order management and provisioning orchestration within the telecom industry. Strong communicator who is pro-active in bringing broad range of PL/SQL application development experience to the role, able to contribute across the development life cycle: design, documentation, implementation, testing and maintenance.
Provides technical direction in the development, analysis, and maintenance of systems, software, processes, products or equipment. Generally follows established/documented approaches to issues and problems. Generally has foundational to intermediate knowledge in the relevant knowledge and skills.
Candidate Profile
5 years + overall IT analysis, design and development experience
Strong Oracle DB development skills including 3+ years Oracle Forms and/or related PL/SQL application development experience.
Previous telecoms experience an advantage
Oracle 10G knowledge an advantage (particularly XML processing)
Oracle Designer an advantage.
Working knowledge of Workflow concepts.
Knowledge and experience of XML, Web Services, XSLT, WSDL.
