PKI Subject Matter Expert/PKI Architect- Defence- Wiltshire

PKI SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT/PKI ARCHITECT IS REQUIRED FOR A GOVERNMENT BASED ORGANISATION IN WILTSHIRE.

THIS IS AN EXCITING 6 MONTH CONTRACT WHERE THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING ADVICE AND DIRECTION ON THE USE OF, AND INTEGRATION WITH, THE DEFENCE PUBLIC KEY INFRASTRUCTURE (DPKI) INCLUDING THE TRUST SERVICES THAT IT PROVIDES. THIS ROLE WILL INVOLVE ENGAGING WITH INTERNAL ORGANISATIONS THAT WISH TO JOIN THE DPKI AND EXTERNAL ENTITIES WANT TO INTEROPERATE WITH IT.

This role requires someone with a STRONG KNOWLEDGE AND WORKING EXPERIENCE OF DPKI, ITS CERTIFICATE POLICY AND GOVERNANCE. Must have experience of in writing or facilitating the development of certificate policies.

Must also have an understanding of the non-technical elements of PKI- Registration Authorities (RA) including the robust identification and verification of entities; and the controls required to demonstrate policy compliant and accredited operational services.

Ideally looking for someone with an understanding and experience of; applications and services that Enable PKI, wider Identity and Access Management technologies and solutions, PKI products such as CA software, HSM''s and smart cards.#8194;
