Piping Designer

A company located in Dallas Ft.Worth TX area is looking for a Sr Piping Designer with 5+ years experience with layout horizontal vessels and heat exchangers compressors . Candidate must have some on-site compressor experience and understands how the system works as an integrated system. Temp to hire position.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Work in conjunction with principal designers and engineers to help develop all aspects of a project
- Interface with engineers and design leads from other disciplines
- Creates drawing area layout and index
- Formulates project drawing list

REQUIREMENTS

- Must have experience with layout horizontal vessels and heat exchangers
- Must have AutoCAD, isogen and P&ID and 3D AutoCAD experience
- Must have experience with high pressure piping
- Must have layout relief and vapor recovery systems experience
- Ability to layout compressors and utility stations
- Must be able to creates pipeline drawings and must understand materials specifications
