Pipeline Engineer

Immediate need for a PIPELINE Engineer with a thorough understanding of pipelines and how they operate. Ideal professional will work on Onshore Petroleum Facilities both with clients and projects. The firm's primary client base consists of oil and natural gas facilities with work in both engineering and designing of pipelines. They also have a successful tracking record in mapping, right-of-way procurement and over-all project management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Working on Onshore Petroleum Facilities
- Participate in stress analysis and hydro testing projects, prior experience is a major plus
- In addition to engineering tasks; this person will maintain Project Controls, develop Project Plans, Cost Estimates & SOW

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering (BSME or BSCE) is required
- Must have natural gas pipeline and gas transmission / gas transport experience
- Strong project management / project engineering skills including project controls, scheduling, MS Project (or similar) etc
- Must have strong mechanical piping and rotating equipment background related to the Oil & Gas industry
- P&ID Development Experience (Required).
- 7-10 years of related Mechanical Engineering experience in a consulting engineering environment a plus
