PIOC Analyst - Banking - Bristol - £328 per day

PIOC ANALYST - BANKING - BRISTOL - £328 PER DAY

A leading retail bank requires an experienced PIOC (PEOPLE IMPACT OF CHANGE) Analyst to work within its ongoing development of the direct bank programme.

The programme is to analyse what looks good for all the roles in the direct bank.

You will be responsible for providing hands on coaching support to the managers to ensure all colleagues are supported. In addition you will perform a GAP analysis for all colleagues and develop targeted Quick Win' training solutions.

The key accountabilities of the role will involve:

- Undertake complete training life cycle (Training Needs Analysis (TNA), Learning & Development (L&D) design using a range of delivery mediums including face to face, e learning and virtual learning)
- Engage with a range of stakeholders across multiple functions and business units to understand learning requirements and produce L&D solutions to meet the identified needs
- Ensure appropriate L&D governance is implemented
- Produce and manage milestone plans

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS YOU WILL IDEALLY HAVE WORKED ON A SIMILAR PROJECT WITHIN FINANCIAL SERVICES/BANKING AND CLEARLY DEMONSTRATE THE FOLLOWING:

- Produce detailed Training Needs Analysis (TNA) documentation with full stakeholder engagement
- Proven experience of training design for f2f delivery and e/v learning
- Stakeholder engagement
