A leading private hospital in London require a Deputy Manager Physiotherapist / Senior Inpatient Clinician to support the physiotherapy manager in the management of the physiotherapy service.

Key responsibilities to include:
*Be responsible for own clinical caseload.
*Be responsible for the physiotherapy department in the absence of the manager.
*Oversee weekend and on call service.
*Assist in completion of financial and activity reports and targets
*To provide clinical expertise and leadership to the inpatient
*Physiotherapy team
*To support the physiotherapy manager in the day to day running of the inpatient department.
*No budget responsibilities but expected to work with the manager and the rest of the team to control expenditure and match staffing to activity.
*The post holder will contribute to the on-call and weekend physiotherapy service.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years post qualification experience (with senior rotations in orthopaedics, respiratory/ICU, medical and surgical specialities)
Graduate Diploma or BSc in Physiotherapy
Registration with Health Professions Council
Training relevant to specialist areas (including post graduate orthopaedic courses)
Proven ability and experience in supervisory and team leader role
Experience working in UK - preferably in private sector healthcare.
