Physio Needed for Immediate Start- Aged Care

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a well known aged care facility, providing Physiotherapy care services to the residents, this will include 100% of the high care residents and at the request of the low level residents.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The position duties and responsibilities will include assessments including identifying mobility/rehabilitation problems as well as falls risks plans and care plans.

You will need to be able to facilitate referrals and care plans foe EPC and be the point of contact between the resident and their families.
Progress notes must be updated regularly and you will need to lead education training, including Manual Handling.

You will receive an orientation and training on the system used.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The ideal candidate for this role will be:
- Able to begin immediately
- Experience in aged care is desirable
- Excellent communication skills
- Current AHPRA registration
